Produce -

1. Unlck temporary bootloader by EGSMtool or ur Miui version update to V13.0.4 or 13.0.5 then you can eng flash  by auth.

If after eng flash show fatal error then writh this eng file  

2. wipe efs by fastboot mode or Recovery mode.

3.enable diag mode and writte 2nd imei by nv method.

4. Repair network and write eng modem

6. Flash Global firmware via fastboot mode .

NOTE: Don't update from this version otherwise you will go ICU...
